I am absolutely reeling. If I make no sense tonight, that's because I'm dizzy. Over a book. Invincible Summer by Hannah Moskowitz.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.

In general, I lied about posting every day. I don't always have cool stuff to say, or the want to say it. So. Deal.

But I do have things to talk about. Things about me. This comes to you in two parts.

Part One: Saturday, May 14
Yeah, that was last Saturday. Like, Saturday a million years ago. I got caught up.

That was pretty much the best Saturday of my life, for several reasons, but most importantly, because I got first place in the local writing competition.

(That's in bold so you can read it while skimming idly through this boring post. Haha. Egotistical. Fun.)

The prize money is paying for my first month of car insurance. This is so cool.

Also, if you want to read the story that I entered, it's right here, and it is called "Death Is."

Part Two: Things I Have Planned
Listen up! There are cool things here! Things that have to do with you and not me bragging!

I have posts lined up that I plan on slapping together, and if you want me to add anything to that list, I can do that, but you'll have to, like, talk to me. All twenty of you.

Here's what's coming down the line:
- Invincible Summer book review
- How To Write
- How To Write a Novel, Part One: To Plot or Not To Plot
- Characterization: Genders

So. Right.

Real post coming this evening. Or tomorrow, if the lazy and The Name of the Wind overcome me.

Congratulations on winning a writing competition. In theory our school had one, but they have yet to tell us who won.

Hmm, writing about the genders could be interesting. I look forward to that.
